Right of withdrawal for distance selling

If you are a consumer, you have the right, when making a distance purchase, to dissolve the agreement within 14 calendar days, without giving any reason. This cooling-off period starts on the day after the agreement was concluded. This is the statutory right of withdrawal (herroepingsrecht).

You withdraw by informing us of this within the cooling-off period via the contact form. You may use the model withdrawal form for this purpose, but that is not mandatory: a clear statement is sufficient.

Starting immediately within the cooling-off period

Many of our services (such as hosting, e-mail and SSL) are ones that customers want to use straight away. If you ask us to activate the service immediately within the cooling-off period, you expressly give your consent to this when ordering and acknowledge the following:

• If you withdraw after the service has already been activated at your request, you owe a proportionate part of the price for the period during which you have used the service (pro rata up to the moment of withdrawal).
• If the service has been fully performed within the cooling-off period at your express request, the right of withdrawal for that service lapses.

If we only activate a service after the cooling-off period, or if you do not yet make use of the service, withdrawal costs you nothing.

Domain names

With a domain name, you instruct us upon completing your order to carry out the registration for you immediately with the responsible registry. Because a successful registration can no longer be reversed, we ask you to waive your right of withdrawal for that service with every domain order. For your other services, the right of withdrawal continues to apply as described above.

Refund

If you withdraw in good time and nothing (or only part) has been delivered, we will refund the amount owed within 14 days via the same means of payment, less any pro rata amount owed for services already used.
