Right of Withdrawal (Distance Selling)

As a consumer, you are entitled to cancel a service within a 14-day cooling-off period starting from the date your order is placed. This right is known as the right of withdrawal.

Cancellation within this period is free of charge and can be completed easily via this link.

Exception: Domain Name Registrations

When placing an order for a domain name, you authorize us to immediately register the domain name on your behalf with the relevant registration authority. This registration takes place within the statutory 14-day cooling-off period.

Because a successfully registered domain name cannot be cancelled or reversed, you are required to waive your right of withdrawal for this specific service at the time of ordering. The right of withdrawal continues to apply to all other services.
